OCR: STREETS and ALLEYS Streets and alleys is a rather frustrating variant of the solitaire game best known as "Beleaguered Castle". The object of the game is to end up with all cards on the four foundations (labeled A, B, C, and D). The top card of any of the 8 "tableau" piles (labeled 1 through 8) is available to be moved. On any of these piles, you build downward in rank ignoring suit. (For example, you can move any Jack onto any Queen - suit does not matter on either the Queen or Jack) . On the foundation piles, labeled A through D, you build upward in suit from the Ace through the King. (For example, you must first play an ACE OF DIAMONDS on the foundation pile labeled "A".
